We stayed a total of 3 nights, the floors in the room were disgusting, I mistakenly wore white socks that didn't last very long, and the tub drain was full of hair. Other than that everything was great, the staff was helpful, breakfast was good, they have good options but not many. It is also next to a busy main road.

Service at the front desk was good. The room was clean. The outside was not clean, lots of cigarette butts on the steps. The outside stairs and walkways were dirty, looked like it needs some renovation done.

A blast in Roswell!

Martha at the front desk was an absolute angel and helped us find good spots to eat and see! The hotel was clean and exactly what we needed after a long road trip. The location is excellent and if we are ever in Roswell again we’ll be sure to stay here :)

The pillow were to hard. The tub was not cleaned had hairs left from the last person. The outlets were very loose the ac heater to work

The staff were friendly, but I honestly think we just got a bad room. It's definitely a little dated on the inside which wasn't the issue. There was sand everywhere and it smelled like dirt I assume because of the wind storm, my sinuses definitely hated me in the morning, also our toilet was clogged. Other then that though it was fine.

The rooms were updated, tidy, and clean!! There is quite a bit of traffic noise since it’s close to the main road, however the rooms were really nice and the staff really takes pride in keeping the property clean! The outside hasn’t been updated so I was a little concerned about the rooms. Boy, what a happy surprise on the inside! Great price, great room, great staff!
