A number of little things. First the front desk person was chatting with friends outside making me wait a couple of minutes to check in. After I checked in she proceeded to go back outside to chat with her friends. The third floor hallway carpet looks like a disaster happened, it looks like it was bleached all over the place. It originally smelled like a mix of vomit and urine. Luckily by morning the smell was gone. The room’s carpet and floor was clearly not vacuumed.

I also wanted to say that there is unprofessional male worker there with tattoos on his face he's supposed to be a worker his name is Zachary he rides a motorcycle he constantly leaves on his motorcycle day and night it's weird he parks and stares at people usually when people have a job they stay until it is time to get off work he just walts around the hotel doing nothing I didnt fill safe please watch out and don't stay at this hotel it's terrible

First off DONT book your room at this hotel there are cockroaches.it does not look the way the pictures are on the site it's grimmy to unkept and poorly managed. the front desk staff are so unprofessional and rude.if you have medical issues there's no accommodations whatsoever if you approach the staff ask them for help they will not help you. My girlfriend has a medical condition she walked into the hotel almost passed out at the front desk asked the lady kat front desk to help her she told her go sit down she sat there for about 15 minutes before she called me told me she needed help. Also the staff the cleans the rooms stole my belongings when I approached kat the front desk staff about the situation they were extremely evasive and took no accountability for the theft whatsoever the lady also yelled and did not want to help at all and a police report was filed it seems they are comfortable with treating guests this way I highly recommend looking somewhere else for a nice comfortable room we are also calling corporate.

Bathtub had hair. Wouldn't say spotless. However, for being pet friendly it was clean. Its old and run down in the inside. It could use a major renovation. Staff was awsome and the breakfast was good with a good selection. It was well worth the price we paid for 4 people.
