The Cozy Coconut is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac in
the community of Rotonda West. Located on one of
the many golf courses in Rotonda West. Our property
offers relaxing views of private pool as well as the
beautiful golf course greens. We are a short 15min
drive to neighboring beaches. Lots of nearby
shopping is available. Our property offers our guest
the ease of nearby amenities as well as on site
entertainment and comfort.

Overall the stay was good. The pool table was a huge hit with my older son. The only issue we had was getting one of the sliding doors to lock, so we really had to make sure our 2 year old didn't open that door to get to the pool.

I work remotely, and this was one of the few places with enough space and a proper desk setup for my meetings—without interfering with my husband's activities. We absolutely loved the pool, and the kitchen appliances were a dream! After long days exploring, coming home to the smell of dinner from the crock pot was such a comfort. The air fryer got daily use too—we saved so much money by cooking instead of eating out.The golfers provided endless entertainment! The house is perfectly positioned so they don’t realize there’s a water hazard—you get front-row seats to some hilarious moments. And the birds! The wildlife here is absolutely stunning. My husband loved sitting by the pool when we weren’t working—it brought us so much joy.The furniture was super comfy, the master bed was incredibly cozy, and the closet space was perfect for our extended stay. Even the laundry room was a highlight—so convenient and well-equipped. Communication was excellent throughout, and honestly, we wish we could make this place our permanent home.This home was truly our bread & butter. Thank you for creating such a peaceful, welcoming space.

There were 2 towels in one washcloth.When we checked in, there was only 2 less than half rolls of toilet paper.The faucet in the kitchen doesn't work.It drips out , you can't wash a dish in the sink

We didn't really use the pool - ocean was very close in Boca Grande. We came in for a long weekend.We did get a lot of use out of the pool table in the evening.House was very clean. Nice quiet neighborhood

The home is extremely clean. Better than the pics . The area is quiet. One review mentioned lock. No trouble . Lots of closet space. The pool area overlooks golf course. The bedrooms are nice size. It was just the two of us, but no problem accommodating a family. There was no trouble contacting the host. We stayed 3 nights.

Super relaxing. The area is very quiet. Close to Publix for grocery shopping. 10 minutes from the beach with easy, accessible parking. The best part was enjoying the private pool. The house is very spacious, clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a great vacation. The kitchen has everything you need to cook as if you were at home. If you want a relaxing vacation close to the beach, this is the perfect place.

Nice cute house

I loved the house and the location ( for our needs ) , cute cozy , very clean ,renovated , comfortable beds . The only issue I had was the front door lock , it has a very difficult lock with very difficult codes to remember and or use and we were locked out few times and waited for some time to be reset . There has to be another way . After the first two days of issues it was fixed (thank you for that ) but I do suggest to change the lock .

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed staying at this home. It had everything we needed for a weekend away. Close proximity to the beach and restaurants without being in the touristy neighborhoods. We would stay here again. The owners response time was excellent.
