"The room was not only clean, everything was new since the Hyatt at Woodward Corners just opened. Beautiful finishes in the room, including the kitchen area. Wonderful walk-in shower. Great selection of hot and cold foods at the complementary breakfast. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay here again. Reasonably priced - good location."

"The breakfast attendant was amazing.They even had omelets!! There is a different style of breakfast.Each day so we were able to still make waffles.Each day too. Everything was very clean and well take care of. Hotel front office staff were also very polite and welcoming. This was by far one of the better experiences of a hotel that i've ever had. The room was very clean.The hotel staff did say they're starting a remodel, but everything was clean and tidy.All the housekeeping staff are also very polite. I would definitely recommend this location and when I travel to see family, I would stay at this location again.A hundred percent. "

"We had a great visit here. Robert’s place is ideally located for easy travel to great food and shopping. Royal Oak, Berkley, and Birmingham are all super close and it was also close to the freeway so we took trips to Ann Arbor and downtown easily as well. The place is really nice, well appointed and super clean. We were worried when we checked in and felt the floor shaking from the karate studio underneath but it turned out not to be a problem at all and was closed by the time we got back in the afternoon each day. Robert was extremely responsive and very helpful as well. "
