The view is spectacular!! Floor to ceiling windows gives you a beautiful view of the mountain. Large Deck with gas grill, hot tub and patio furniture for outdoor entertaining.

The house has an open floor plan with large kitchen, living area and bedrooms.

The lower level is the living area, kitchen, master bedroom with bath (king size bed), bedroom with bath (king size bed) & utility/mud room. The upper level has a living/game room, master bedroom with bath (king size bed) & bedroom with bath (king size bed & bunk beds).

There are security cameras on the front exterior of the home.

We have a property manager that will meet the traveler upon arrival and walk you through all of the amenities and workings of the home.

We did enjoy our stay. The house is comfortable and worked for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our family meals! The house was clean for the most part, but discovered a little mold and coffee grounds in the coffee maker and some weird green blob in the washer. Bathrooms, bedrooms and living area were clean.The ping pong and pool tables were a fun addition for our family time!We absolutely loved the property, house and location and may make it our new "home" for our family annual trip!

When we arrived in Ruidoso it was flooding but Marissa was so helpful in guiding us to a location that the kids could play games and we could relax & wait for the water to recede. Marissa went above and beyond to make sure we could get to the house safely and when we arrived she went through the house explaining everything to us. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more. We were looking for wheelchair accessible with lots of space for kids and this home was perfect for all! Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Absolutely perfect getaway

My family and I had the most amazing stay at this cabin! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful and peaceful everything was. The cabin itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip—fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and thoughtful touches throughout.The scenery was just breathtaking, and it felt like we were tucked away in our own little paradise. It was the perfect balance of modern comfort and rustic charm. Amazing Home

Great layout and amenities for a large group. The ping pong table, pool table and hot tub were very popular among the teens. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you may need and so much space for everyone. Would definitely recommend!

Big beautiful house in very cool area

We are a group of friends who were getting together to see a friend who moved to the area. Upon arrival we were met by Marissa to get the keys and give us a run down of the house. She also answered questions about the area and gave suggestions of local places to visit etc. The town was and is going through a lot w fires and floods but this house was fortunate to be spared. We were out eating/drinking/shopping in the community as that’s how businesses survive. Hopefully the town can recover quickly. But it was still beautiful with very hospitable community members. We wish them well.

When we visit Ruidoso again in the future we will definitely be staying at this property. Absolutely beautiful home with every accommodation you can think of, and the view is amazing! Fantastic Family Christmas Vacation

This beautiful home was the perfect "home base" for our Family Christmas Adventure. It comfortably accomidated the 10 of us and was 10 minutes from Ruidoso's Winter Park snow tubing, the movie theater, ice skating at Wingfield Park and Albertson's grocery store. The kitchen was perfect for cooking all of our meals and there was plenty of room for the family to gather together to celebrate the birth of Jesus. Will definitely keep it in mind for future adventures in Ruidoso.
