One of the rooms has a door that doesn't close properly. So there was no privacy ..And on the other room the kids were staying so when my wife and I found out about the door it was already late at night . I like the grill that it was ready to use. . It will be nicer to have a propane heater as well outside in the porch.. other than that everything was good

The location was great, the place was clean and everything functioned to perfection. We go every year to Ruidoso and it’s always hit or miss, and after this stay we truly believe we will be staying at this location for our future Christmas vacation.

It was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and it stayed nice and cool. The day we checked in surprised us as we had a bathroom sink full of dirty towels (assuming from previous renters) stacked in a huge pile. Luckily there were two clean towels for bathing we found in a drawer. We put them all in the washer. We were a little surprised by the slope in the kitchen floor as the fridge decided to crawl a bit when opened. Other than that, it was perfect for what we needed and we enjoyed our stay.

Super clean condo with so many amenities. A/C in all rooms kept the place nice and cool. Comfortable beds and an overall great experience. Location was central to many things. Thank you!

Inside the property is good. Kitchen is very workable. bedroom downstairs the door would not close. Lack of privacy Location is not the best. Next to high traffic highway, front looks questionable. Front view is construction area. Was looking for a cabin feeling and more relaxation. My neighbor had noisy children, paper, thin walls. Especially in the bathroom downstairs.

Very easy access to anywhere in town. Clean condo, beds comfy, 2 options for parking, stocked well. Comfortable furniture to relax on as well. Great communication and easy directions from host.
