Experience Davis like a local in this 4-bedroom house. With 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 3 cozy sofa beds, this brilliant property offers plenty of space for guests to relax. Enjoy the convenience of 2.5 bathrooms, including hair dryer amenities. Additional spaces like a living room, family room with sofa beds provide extra comfort. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.

Conveniently located in the heart of Davis, our house is less than a mile walk to UCD campus, Upper Crust Bakery, Co-Op, Farmer's Market, and downtown. The house is ideal for professionals, families visiting their UCD students and those with kids. As long-time locals, we personally manage our house and cater to all your needs. We'll greet you with a bottle of wine from Great Bear, a local winery just 2.5 miles up the road, and a gift card to Upper Crust.

The space:
We purchased this property so we could walk everywhere in Davis! Over the years, our family expanded, and we needed a larger space, so we offer our beloved 2200 sq. feet house in the heart of Davis for your stay. The house has been fully upgraded with hardwood environmentally friendly bamboo floors (one of our kids has severe allergies, so we replaced all the carpet throughout the home with hardwood floors), new air and heating, new shades, as well as new furniture, sheets, blankets, etc. It is the only new-er (2004 built) three-story home in Central Davis with a large loft on the third floor, which can be used as an additional bedroom, work room, playroom, or a combination of all three!

We are locals and invested in ensuring that your stay is of quality and nothing short of exceptional, so we are happy to customize the house to meet your needs! To this end, if you're bringing children, please let us know, and we'll be happy to provide toys/games and ensure suitable sleeping arrangements. As parents ourselves, we are glad to accommodate your kids' playing needs!

Guest access:
Keyless entry makes the check-in/out easy! The guests will have access to the enter house.

Other things to note:
All pets need to be approved. The price is based on up to six guest occupancy (infants and small children are excluded from the total count); a fee will be charged for additional guests with a total guest limit of eight per stay. Absolutely no smocking. No events are permitted unless approved by us/hosts. If you would like us to get basic groceries upon your arrival, let us know and we'll be happy to accommodate for a fee and the cost of groceries.

Perfect home for families… the kids have the entire 3rd floor to themselves with 3 beds, tv, desk and plenty of room to play. Second floor has all the bedrooms and the big master bedroom and huge master bathroom for all the adults. Lower level has a big table for everybody to sit around and have dinner and play games. The host was very accommodating and even left flowers and a bottle of wine for us. Backyard was really cool with a fire pit and big barbecue, it would be fun to come back in the summer.

A familiar home

Felt right at home as we walked in. Spacious, clean, modern, huge TV for entertainment. Plenty of towels so you don’t need to bring your own. Blankets and pillows comfortable. There’s space to work, relax, play, and eat. Irina gave us clear instructions on how to access things which helped with being comfortable in our stay. We’ll definitely have this bookmarked for the future.

Visit to UC Davis

Everything worked out perfect except the remote controlling of the thermostat. This was an issue.We had no control over the temp, upstairs or downstairs.The temps in both places were being controlled by someone not there. We cooked. This is the second house we've recently rented from VRBO that could not be controlled. We are from the North and are acclimated to the cold so would want it cooler or off. It averaged 78 on the top floor, and never went off. The bottom floor was always 74 plus and never went off. I'm not sure this remote controlling temperature is to anyone's benefit.
