The shuttle service took over an hour to come pick us up at the airport due to numerous phone calls not by able to talk to someone

We waited over 1 hour before getting a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. Called 5 times before finally getting ahold of someone very poor service we have another reservation for this hotel but we are going to cancel and go somewhere else
