Big Dreams. Poor execution

The breakfast is awful. Waffles are bricks. The fruit is bad. Pieces of toast had mold. The room LOOKS clean but the AC can barely get the room to a chill. The shower doors don’t stay closed and the water is a constant change from hot and cold; there is no consistency. The TV shows a black screen but has full audio. The management is AWFUL. Customer Service is poor. Maybe stick to running one hotel instead of 2, out of the same property.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this Hyatt and both times I was exceptionally pleased with the accommodations, the service and the staff. Shuttle service to the airport was efficient, on time and driver friendly and courteous. Overall A+ for this Hyatt.

If I could give less than one star, I would. The web was spotty; I couldn't watch a film. The bathroom was dirty, with hair in the sink, and the management was appalling! It is my worst hotel experience ever.

Property, room and staff were great. Was very disappointed that our shuttle ride for 2:30 a.m. was cancelled. Thank god my dayghter decided to stay the night because she was to tired to drive home so she had to get up early to take us to the airport at 2:30. Otherwise we would have had to pay for a cab. We picked this hotel mainly for the 24/7 free shuttle service. It was very disappointing to not receive this free service.

Horrible customer service

Worst place staff was rude refused to take my bank card for room deposit , wouldn’t take any of my credit cards they only accept a few cards by certain banks. There was no information in the room about breakfast hours. Fire alarm went off after taking a hot shower and opened the bathroom door. I’ve stayed at plenty of Hyatt Hotels and this by far was the worst as far as customer service.
