The room provided had no heat in 42 degree weather that night, Staff provided a portable heater that blew the electrical breakers. Staff was uninterested in correcting the issue, did not use the room for the 2 nights booked and no repose to refund request, This lack of action reflects very poorly on Expedia. Will continue to use them because this is only really bad experience i've had with them but so far poor response.

The room was incredibly cold, and there wasn't even regular drinking water. There was a glassed-in balcony, but there was a harsh draft. Another thing I didn't like was that I paid for the room and when I arrived they started asking me to pay a $100 deposit, which was even more than the amount I paid for a night at the hotel.

Do not stay here! There’s no heat for freezing nights. It’s filthy. People are screaming in the parking lot. Employees are awful. Stay away!

The facility is pretty run-down in general (not that things are broken, but it could use an update), but our room was surprisingly nice - clean, bright, with a nice balcony and view of the pool.

The heater didn’t work. The electricity went out in half the room. It took 40 minutes to send a guy up at 10:00 pm. When he got there, he said he couldn’t fix it. They moved me to another room. No heat, just a fan that blew cold air. For breakfast there was no milk for the cereal. Not a great place to stay.

Very very basic. Only stay here if it is the only place that fits your budget and you need to be in this location for some other convenience. I can’t think of a reasons why I wouldn’t pay more to stay somewhere else. But if you are feeling “adventurous” or danger is your middle name, try it out.

Checked in at around 9PM. Found mail that was slid under the door as soon as we walked in - someone was quite obviously living in the room until very recent. Cigarette butts on the carpet, they didn’t even bother to vacuum? Mascara on the mirror. Had clean sheets but I’m pretty sure that’s all the cleaning staff did.. additional towels weren’t an option. Had less than half a toilet paper roll in our bathroom without replacements. The front desk moved us in a room 2 doors down after we expressed our concerns for the condition of the first room. She let us know house keeping had gone home for the night (no night staff here other than front desk). This one appeared cleaner. Water runs hot, mini fridge worked, tv is anchored to the counter and had a rainbow line down the middle of it. Decided against trying their breakfast after my friends staying just next door to us found cockroaches in their room.

Im on the 4th floor, and i hate how everytime i leave my room in the morning and come back in the evening. My card isnt working, and i had to come back down to 1st floor, and ask everytime to get my card working again!!! My 3rd attempt, i went and talk with the staff at the counter, afetr she fix and i explain that it's my 3 time coming to get my card fix, and also told them that I'm on the 4th floor and I dont want to waste time coming back and forth. She kindly said "Sorry" and told me that my card will be working until the day i check out! And guess what, the very next day, same problem again!! SMH!!!
