Friendly and accommodating staff. Location is more off the beaten path in comparison to other hotels located on the river. This location is centrally located downtown. Room was comfortable and clean.

We got a flat on the parking lot. The valets changed the tire and sent us to a shop that fixed it in two hours. Smiles ask the way. Great hotel.

It’s Meh…Hotel is historic and the architecture is cool but the area is dodgy, meth heads and tweakers right across the street in the park and a general feeling of unease as soon as you leave the hotel Staff wasn’t rude but also not friendly either, exactly what you’d expect from mid twenty year old’s, like our arrival and check in was an inconvenience to them as interrupted them on their phones Neither phones inside room worked which was on brand as I tried to call down to front desk as there was NO HOT WATER in the bloody shower Save yourself the aggravation and possibility of being mugged, just grab a hotel at the airport

Staff very courteous and everything is kept clean and tidy. Make sure to ask for a higher floor or one facing the capital, otherwise you will hear the constant chirp of the cross-walk from the street. If you’re a Marriott member, hotel will give you a $10 food/drink voucher for your stay.

Shower broke took two hours for someone to come and act like he was fixing it. Broke the next use called day I was leaving at 7:00 am no one came we checked out at 8:30 to catch a train was offered free points or breakfast neither was ideal.

Hotel was charming but room was small (closet was large and roomy). Area around the hotel was not as nice as we would have expected given the amenities of the hotel itself. Parking fee was high but attendants were very friendly and helpful. Good but limited dining options in the immediate area.
