Location, location, location! This home has been completely restored. New kitchen, with granite counter tops, large center island with seating for 6. Brand new bathroom, with towels included. Washer, Dryer in the cellar. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 twin beds and 2 brand new queens, also, a pull out couch/futon, ceiling fans in each room, CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING. Bring sheets, linen rental available. Cozy living room. Wrap around newly constructed deck with marsh view, Weber gas grill, and enclosed outdoor shower. French door cellar access. Directly across the street from the beach and beach path, steps to the sugar sands of private Sagamore Beach. You'll enjoy gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Bring your beach towels, fishing poles and bikes. Just down the private road to the 5 mile Cape Cod Canal bike path. A wonderful cottage to make memories with your family.

I cannot say enough good things about this property and the owners. The house is in perfect condition and has every single thing you could possibly need during your stay. It’s a very quick walk across the street to the beach on a secluded street. A quick walk to a great playground and very close to everything the Cape has to offer. This was our second stay and will absolutely not be our last!

Perfect accommodations for a family-a large kitchen and living space to relax. The beds are very comfortable and the Keurig coffee maker makes morning coffee quick and easy. The kitchen is stocked with many utensils and appliances. The private beach is across the street, be sure to wear sneakers for the walk back, it’s steep and sand-filled until you reach the boarded walkway.

Just what we needed!

This is a lovely home with comfortable beds and all the amenities you could want! The breeze was lovely and the walk to the beach, although a bit of a challenge in the sand, was worth it as it is a clean, quiet and private beach.We had the good fortune to see the full moon rising over the water- breathtaking!

Fabulous Christmas at the Cape!!

Beautiful range home. Lovely place with many new features, while keeping the beach like feel. Easily could fit 6 folks. About a 2 minute walk to beach. Easy access to many attractions and surrounding towns. Liz and John were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Big recommend!

Wonderful Cottage

Very peaceful area. Few foot steps from the beach. Cottage was clean, comfortable, and had all of the amenities. Washer and dryer is such a nice convenience. Exceptional!

We absolutely loved this home! Everything inside is brand new, furniture and beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is a walking path right across from the driveway, meaning the walk to the private beach takes about 2 minutes max (which is a huge bonus if you have small children). The location of the home is our favorite on the Cape, very quiet and relaxing but a short drive to everything. Liz was great, very responsive and helpful! I have already recommended this location to a few families and would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Liz & John’s cottage. Just a short walk to the beach made it so easy for getting around with our two toddlers. They had everything needed for preparing meals and the washer dryer on premises was great.

Cape Cod

We had a very short time to visit. My grandma was born and raised in Sandwich, and moved away after her marriage. We used to come a lot as children, and now as adults my family came and stayed to celebrate our incredible Grandma. We got to watch our small children run on the same beaches we did. The cottage was exceptional, a little dream, exactly what you need. Modern, but still feels right at home. The beach was perfection. Even on early, chilly summer days we rushed right out of bed to the perfect beach. Thank you so much. This mini trip was amazing.

Brilliant Beach House

A great beach house with all the facilities we as a group of four needed. The house is a short walk from the beach and just a few miles from all the local amenities in Sandwich. 5 stars would thoroughly recommend.

Loved this cottage

My family (myself, my husband, my daughter and our 3 granddaughters, aged 5.4.and 2) had a wonderful stay at this property. The place was nice and clean and had a great layout, lovely yard for the girls to play in and a very short walk to a private beach where the girls enjoyed finding rocks and shells and chasing seagulls. Even though we didn't have the greatest weather, it was a nice get away and the girls (all of us) didn't want to leave I would highly recommend!
