Close to the riverwalk. Nice views and short walk to the park, rrstaurants and bars.

Room not ready by 5 PM. Limited staff...computer breakdown? Very nice contemporary room. Great location near river with nearby restaurants. Everthing newly built.

Room was SUPER CLEAN. Everything was great even with the pool shut down. Friendly staff and super helpful. 20/10 would recommend.

Super comfy beds. Extra pillows and foam wedges against the wall to help prop you up. Front desk people ROCK. Super helpful and nice. The only downside is the luggage cart was hard to maneuver and it didn't fit well into the elevator. A cleaning person took it back downstairs for me. So sweet of him. Elevators were SLOW. Our view was of a wall. This is a definite stay here again place.

The hotel is 2 years old and is located near the Saginaw River in a newly built mixed-use area. There aren't many dining options available. "Real Seafood" across the street was excellent for dinner (better to have reservations). The hotel's Bistro has a very limited menu, and breakfast was disappointing. My room was clean, fresh, comfortable, and well lit. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, no bathtub. The room had the basic amenities--Internet, direct TV, small fridge, coffee pot, hair dryer, iron and board, hangers with skirt clips. I didn't see any newspapers in the lobby. The hotel seems best suited for business travelers who check in the night before a meeting and leave town immediately afterwards.
