Nice small quiet place to stay off the beaten path. Staff was very nice and checkin was quick and easy. We did have one small problem with the drains not working properly but for a one night stay we made it work.

Check in was very nice, staff member was exceptional. I will say there wasn’t any soap (only shampoo) in the shower’s dispensers.

This is a clean well maintained retro hotel out of my childhood. it is a true motel as you would see along a highway back in the 50's and 60's. Loved it

Enjoyable stop in Michigan.

Frankenmuth was our halfway stop to Mackinac Island. We enjoyed our visit over to Bronner‘s, a great dinner at the Bavarian Inn afterwards a nice walk across the covered bridge to the village shops, and an evening conversation on the park bench overlooking the river and city.

Although an older establishment with a smaller bathroom, the room was nicely appointed. Bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the chairs outside our room so we could sit outside and chat with neighbors. Nice vintage vibe.
