"This resort is a true gem nestled in the banks of the river Kwai. We enjoyed every moment from arrival to departure. Every member of staff was super courteous and polite at all times. The food was delicious and we all (2 grandparents, 2 adults and 2 children) loved every moment spent around the pool, in our raft bedrooms and chilling in our balconies! "This is a very special y property - we loved our stay! Our driver dropped us at Phutakien Pier and the long tail boat was already there, they are transferring guests to the resort regularly in the afternoon . Lots of free drinks and food in fridge. Nice restaurant. No mosquitoes in December. Nice pool at sister resort 5 mins walk away - you can return for free to the float house from the pier. Beutiful room and was very quiet. Reasonably priced massages. "

"When I arrived they were surprised and couldn't find my booking but was booked fairly late that was OK. The views of the river are incredible but I have stayed many times on the river and all have a great view - room was small and very old but direct riverside so nice - they have nicer rooms - breakfast I didn't eat - dinner I didn't eat - whole place felt tired and unloved - I arrived late and left early - needs a bit of life put back into it because views and position are incredible"
