Inside, you’ll find tasteful décor and modern comforts throughout. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a private en-suite bath with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom also offers a king bed and shares the hall bathroom—with a single vanity and tub/shower combo—with the bunk room, which includes two sets of bunk beds with trundles, providing flexible sleeping for families or groups.



The living area flows seamlessly between the kitchen, dining, and lounging spaces. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, an in-cabinet microwave, and an electric stovetop-and-oven combination, with ample counter space for easy meal preparation. Just off the dining area, the wet bar includes a blender and sink, making entertaining effortless. The dining area, furnished with Ficks-Reed resort-quality furniture, opens into the living room, which offers plenty of comfortable seating for guests.



A more formal sitting area features a soaring lofted ceiling and a cozy double-sided fireplace shared with the living room. This space is also open to the kitchen, creating an inviting setting for relaxing or gathering with friends and family.



Step out onto the screened porch to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening breeze. Also included in your rental are up to 10 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including restaurants and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site, as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
