We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express Saint-Hyacinthe! The building felt brand new and was incredibly well-maintained. Walking into our room right after check-in was such a great feeling because everything was so clean and fresh. Both check-in and check-out were a breeze, and all the staff members were super friendly and welcoming. The pool was a huge highlight for our kids! The depth was just right (1.4m), and the water temperature was perfectly warm, making it so much fun and safe for them to swim in. The breakfast was the standard Holiday Inn Express offering, but everything was well-prepared, delicious, and our whole family really enjoyed it. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and family-friendly place to stay!

Clean room and good location. Room service was great ! Staff was very nice. Cons - Wish the room floors were carpetted and in breakfast more sausage varierty would be there like other Holiday Inn properties. Recommending for sure !

Breakfast was pretty good. The room and some of the decor was a bit damaged and needed some up keep. Room 415 has a small hole in the ceiling above the couch which was weird. There was an earring back in the shower and some dirt under the sink, but all in all a good spot for families.
