Speedy and easy check in process. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Complementary breakfast had generous portion but depending on the time, there can be a 15-20 min line up. Our only issue with our stay was the lack of crib for our 2 year old. When I called the hotel after online reservation to see if we needed to reserve in advance for a crib, I was told that simply to notify on arrival. However, upon arrival, we learnt that there were only rollaway beds available and the hotel no longer offered cribs since 2 years ago… the night was challenging with our child rolling off the bed twice even though we placed the mattress on the floor and put pillows around. For families traveling with infants and toddlers needing to stay in a crib, I’d recommend to reconsider.

Nice clean and comfortable hotel. Great staff, pub was great and every kid friendly, super close to the zoo and water park , nice clean pool for with kids toys included and a small park, would highly recommend to anyone travelling with young children.

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel. It’s great for family with kids as there are lots to do and with a great outdoor swimming pool and hot tub! It is close to Granby Zoo (which is why we chose this hotel), and it la conveniently located for shops and dinning.

The stay was generally average—nothing particularly bad, but nothing that stood out either. The main bed was decent, though the pull-out couch was quite old and worn. Floors could have been cleaner, but the bathroom was in good condition. I didn’t use the pool, so I can’t comment on that. The hotel overall felt a bit outdated. While there were signs of partial renovation, some areas still felt slightly grimy. Notably, the ice machine area on the 5th floor had an unpleasant odor. For $250 a night plus taxes, the value felt questionable, though I understand that limited availability and the tourist location may impact pricing. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and accommodating. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it, but I didn’t have a negative experience either.
