Quietly located on the 3rd floor of a historic building (with a lift), this gorgeous apartment in downtown Salo, is a 5-minute walk from the marina. The spacious property comfortably sleeps five guests and enjoys beautiful views over the lake through large picture windows.

The property is located in the historic town of Salò, on the western shore of Lake Garda. The town is known for its historic centre, scenic lake views and rich cultural heritage. The marina is less than a 5-minute walk from the apartment and the local beach pavilion Spiaggetta delle Rive, just a further 2 minutes along the shoreline. Guests are also in easy reach of Bau Beach (a 5-minute drive) and Barbarano Beach (a 15-minute drive). The Alto Garda Park is less than a 10-minute drive away and offers beautiful lakefront hiking trails.

For an enriching cultural experience \"MuSa - Museo di Salò\" is a 7-minute walk and the Renaissance-inspired Duomo di Santa Maria Annunziata Cathedral is approximately a 10-minute walk. Guests can plan a visit to Vittoriale degli Italiani, a 15-minute drive, to explore its architecture and drive through the charming streets of Gardone Riviera. For wellness treatments and more culture, the medieval town of Sirmione, famous for its thermal baths is a 40-minute drive.
