The ground floor has an open design concept. Upon entering the house, you will immediately notice that sunlight streams in from almost every angle, the unique covered “Patio” illuminates the entire ground floor. The kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances, as well as a kitchen island with serveral stools, so you can enjoy talking together while cooking. Going up a spiral staircase you access the first floor where the other 3 bedrooms are located, two bedrooms have two single beds each, and one bedroom has a King size bed. The three bedrooms have their own bathroom, two of them en-suite. From one of the bedrooms there is access to another outside terrace.
From the lounge area there is access through glass sliding doors to the covered terrace, the garden and the private heated pool. The terrace has a brick barbecue and a gas barbecue, as well as a table, with space for 8 people, where you can enjoy a delicious meal outdoors or simply have breakfast enjoying the views. The access to the garden area and infinity pool is suitable for people in wheelchairs. The size of the saltwater pool is 5m x 9m, at its deepest it measures approx. 180-220 cm. Going down the Roman steps there is a space with a depth of about 130 cm, where people with disabilities can sit before reaching the deepest part of the pool.
The whole house has air conditioning with heating. The villa has WIFI and a wide range of international TV channels.
Villa Las Arenas is located in the very beautiful hillside Monte de los Almendros. The leisure area of this urbanization is within walking distance. Guests can make free use of the communal tennis court, a large swimming pool, a children's pool, a football pitch, and a playground. Additionally, there is a small restaurant open during the summer months.
The beach, restaurants and shops are within a 5-minute drive. The airports of Malaga, Granada or Almeria are easily accessible. There are many things to see and to do: the ski resort of the Sierra Nevada, where you can enjoy beautiful walking and hiking trails, is less than 75 minutes away, so you can ski in the morning (from December to April) and in the afternoon you can relax on the beach or by the pool. There is a golf course 10 minute drive away, which is right on the beach. The picturesque mountain villages of Las Alpujarras are nearby, as well as the beautiful cities of Granada with the world famous Alhambra palaces and Malaga with its historic old town, the Cathedral and Picasso Museum.
