My husband and I stayed 2 nights while visiting family so basically in our room just to sleep. It’s a very dated hotel, but the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower stall is a little tight. The included breakfast was not that great, not a lot of choice and the dining area was dark and uninviting, but staff was friendly. We had an early checkout, before the breakfast was available, and the gentleman at the front desk was able to get us croissants and made coffee for us which was greatly appreciated.

Absolutely excellent

No complaints at all. Staff were friendly, the place was clean, quiet, cool (not hot - end of July trip!), well priced, parking was easy and it had covid19 screens . The only very minor problem was with the room safe for which the instructions were in Italian (and we don't speak it!). 5 minutes 'playing' sorted that. Overall we would definitely stay there again.

Budget Hotel

You get what you would expect for the price. The room was clean but very stark. They definitely need to hire a new interior decorator. For our purpose it worked great and saving some money is a plus. We were only there for about 9 hours, much of which was sleeping. Would not have really wanted to stay more days though. The breakfast was great though.

Hotel sporco Sono arrivato fatto il check-in salito in camera al terzo piano, uscito dall' ascensore suonava allarme antincendio, sceso dalle scale suonava d'appertutto. Arrivato alla reception dico dell' accaduto, è rimasta sorpresa la sig.a Daniela, rispondendomi ah questo è il suono che ho sentito. Cercava la chiave per disattivare l'allarme e non l' ha trovava. Come sicurezza zero. Ho chiesto che c'era a cena,mi ha risposto che il cuoco cucinava al momento senza un menù. Dopo una passeggiata per Salsomaggiore rientro,e aspettando l'ascensore esce il cuoco e l' aiutante che puzzavano di vino. La mattina dopo sono andato a fare colazione c'erano tovaglie sporche, tavolo che traballava il vicino di tavola la moglie ha lasciato il tovagliolo e le posate non usate perché aveva preso solo un caffè,il cameriere ha sparecchiato la tavola lasciando il tovagliolo e le posate li pronte per il prossimo, che comunque toccate dalla signora. Faccio il ceck-out mi ha detto la signora Daniela che non funzionava l' internet per stampare la ricevuta mi ha chiesto la mia mail che me la mandava via Internet. Ho lasciato perdere e me ne sono andato senza fare questioni Mia moglie voleva chiamare i vigili del fuoco per la questione antincendio e anche l' ausl per il mancato igiene il wc era pieno di calcare che se lo guardava le veniva il vomito. Per me ci sarebbe da chiudere perché non è sicuro
