Newly renovated holiday home with rural design furnishings, nestled among the magnificent hills of Romagna, 20 km from the sea of Cattolica. It is located in a small hamlet of rural houses. Here you enter another dimension, where nature, peace and silence dominate. The house has 7 bedrooms with private bathroom and independent entrance, in another unit there is the kitchen and the living room where you can eat all together. A swimming pool with a panoramic view of the hills, equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds. Air conditioning in all rooms.
The rooms all have an independent entrance from the outside, with each one having an outdoor area equipped with tables and chairs. The rooms made with a rural-chic design, respecting the use of recycled materials. The swimming pool is beautiful with a view of the surrounding hills, churches and castles. Nearby, there are many medieval villages to visit, with traditional taverns to enjoy.
Urbino is 30 minutes away, the Riviera Romagnola is 20 minutes away, and San Marino is 45 minutes away.
