Apesar de antigo, hotel muito bem conservado e limpo. Quarto amplo e limpo, areas comuns organizadas e conservadas. Poderiam atualizar as TVs nos quartos e tive que ir buscar dois cocos no bar que havia pedido a meia hora na area da piscina.

Pontos positivos: Quarto bem amplo, com 2 aparelhos de ar condicionado, cama e travesseiros confortáveis, espaço para alocar as malas e varanda com vista para o mar e a piscina. Banheiro espaçoso, com ótima iluminação, ducha forte no box e ducha higiênica. Café da manhã caprichado, com muita variedade de itens e duas máquinas de café. O hóspede tem acesso ao "resort" da mesma rede localizado ao lado, com restaurante, sauna a vapor e outra piscina. Pontos negativos: Apesar da excelente infraestrutura, o complexo aparenta necessitar de manutenção e reformas. Funcionários trabalhando de má vontade, sem interesse em agradar, principalmente os que atendem ao redor da piscina. Péssimo atendimento da recepção no check-in, que não explicou nada sobre o funcionamento do hotel. Inexistência de piscina e banheira de hidromassagem aquecidas em um complexo que se diz resort, para utilização em dias de chuva. Instalações da sauna a vapor precárias.

O quarto é amplo, a cama é confortável e o ambiente é bem equipado, mas a experiência falha em aspectos importantes de funcionalidade e conforto. A iluminação é mal resolvida: faltam abajures ao lado da cama, restando apenas a opção de deixar a luz principal acesa ou apagada, além de ser uma luz branca fria, inadequada para descanso. Os interruptores também são pouco intuitivos, e falta um comando prático para apagar a luz da sala, pois tentamos deixar a luz branca fria da sala acesa, para nao sofrer com a unica luz do quarto na cara e nao foi possivel. O banheiro repete o problema de iluminacao e ainda não oferece apoio adequado no box para shampoo e sabonete. Uma porta separando o quarto da sala faria diferença, tanto pela privacidade quanto pelo uso mais eficiente do ar-condicionado, evitando gasto desnecessário de energia. A área do jardim é bonita, mas a piscina está desgastada, e um grande tapume bege diante dos hóspedes compromete bastante a ambientação. No restaurante Tropical, o serviço é desorganizado e os garçons parecem pouco preparados. Embora o café da manhã seja farto e saboroso, a logística para pedir itens feitos na hora, como beiju e omelete, é ruim, com fila apenas para registrar pedidos — algo que poderia ser resolvido com um sistema simples de comandas. No conjunto, a experiência não justifica a diária de cerca de R$ 800. Esperava-se um padrão muito superior. Eu não voltaria.

Quartos ótimos, lugar lindo. Mas atendimento nas piscinas e na praia deixa MUITO a DESEJAR. Funcionários mal educados, sempre de cara feia quando pedimos alguma coisa. Sem falar que nos tiram das cadeiras e levam os guarda sol às 17h. Ou você fica sentado na areia ou tem que sair da praia, pq eles nos intimidam a entregar as cadeiras e guarda sois do hotel.

O hotel precisa muito de uma reforma, em todos os lugares. O quarto é deveras simplório para quem “vende” ser um resort. As quadras São ótimas, mas carecem de manutenção nas redes. Ótima escapada de fim de semana

Passamos um final de semana delícia em família no Catussaba. O quarto é bem espaçoso e confortável, toda equipe muito simpática e atenciosa. A área da piscina é linda, e como hóspedes do Suítes era possível usar a infraestrutura do Resort, sendo um plus na estadia. É possível também utilizar o restaurante do Resort no almoço e jantar, pagando uma taxa a parte por pessoa, o que não achamos que compensaria, mas é uma boa oportunidade para quem decidir de última hora aproveitar mais o hotel. Os coelhos e os porquinhos da índia criados no Resort são um show de fofura a parte kkkk adoramos o café da manhã, que tinha uma grande variedade, fora a tapioca e omelete feitos na hora, sempre com muito carinho. Apesar de estar mais distante do centro de Salvador, cerca de 45 minutos de carro, achamos que valeu muito a pena pela segurança e tranquilidade que tivemos durante a nossa estadia. Infelizmente não conseguimos aproveitar a praia na frente do hotel, pois em todos os dias estava ventando bastante e a maré ficou bem mexida, mas mesmo assim, o visual é lindo demais. Com certeza voltaremos em uma próxima oportunidade :)

Valeu muito a pena! Diversao pras criancas.

Fui apenas eu com 2 filhas, de 4 e 9 anos, elas amaram as piscinas infantis, uma na parte principal e outra no restaurante do hotel à esquerda. Brinquedao de agua na piscina e monitora do hotel, consegui descansar um pouco enquanto brincavam. O hotel nao é novo, tem decoracao antiga, mas foi uma ptima experiência. Fiquei em um quarto com vista lateral.pro mar, no quarto andar. Vista maravilhosa! Praia na frente bem gostosa pras criancas, porque forma piscinas pequenas quando a mare baixa, vale a pena. Recomendo uma reforma nos restaurantes e caprichar na limpeza das mesas (mais do que uma limpeza superficial com pano). Recomendo muito.
