Wonderful house 4 suites, located in Condomínio Água, in Guarajuba. It has 24 hour security, swimming pool, barbecue, gourmet area and Wi-Fi, furnished with lockers in every room. It also has a living room and 1 bedroom with TV Cinebox (all channels, movies and series released), gourmet space with barbecue and full kitchen.

**We provide bed linens and towels for your stay with us;

***We do not charge for electricity for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate;

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the gatehouse/property;

****Use of the condominium's barbecue area is subject to an additional charge, according to the established rules;

***A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out. (For New Year's Eve bookings, the security deposit will be doubled).

- Suite 2 (superior): 3 single beds, TV, split air conditioning, closet, fan and blackout curtain.

- Suite 3 (superior): 1 double bed, 1 single bed, split air conditioning, closet, fan and blackout curtain.

- Suite 4 (superior): 1 queen bed, 4 single mattresses, TV box, split air conditioning, closet and blackout curtain.

*All bathrooms have showers with a solar heating system.
