Great house, located in Condomínio Mar Azul, 50m from Praia de Guarajuba and next to the best tents (Prefeitinho and Carlinhos), with full infrastructure, 24-hour security, sports area (gym and courts) and ballroom.

The space is arranged in two houses, with 6 bedrooms (5 suites), all with air conditioning, living room, full kitchen and balcony. In the outdoor area has a wonderful pool, barbecue and garden, great for relaxing!

We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**Consumption of water and electricity is charged according to consumption at the end of the stay;

***A deposit of R$2000.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

Suite 2 (Ground floor): 2 single beds, 1 single mattress, window-type air conditioning and blackout curtain;

Suite 3 (Ground floor): 1 double bed, window type air conditioning and blackout curtain.

*HOUSE 2:

Suite 1 (Superior): 1 queen bed, 1 single mattress, window-type air conditioning and closet;

Suite 2 (Superior): 1 double bed, window-type air conditioning and closet;

Bedroom 1 (Superior): 2 single beds, 1 extra mattress, window-type air conditioning and closet.

The condominium has full infrastructure, offers a sports area with a grassy and sandy soccer field, children's playground and 24-hour security.

Guarajuba is one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast, excellent for getting in touch with nature and resting! It has the Blue Flag certificate, one of the most recognized voluntary eco-labels in the world and that only 14 beaches have won.
