THE PROPERTY

The house is a two storey Village (duplex) has 150sqm. The house has 4 very large bedrooms, ALL rooms are equipped with air conditioning, being 2 en suite bedrooms, 2 normal bedrooms, a social bathroom (totaling 3 bathrooms), living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, laundry area. Three double beds, one single bed, and a pullout bed.

We have 2 extra single mattresses.

Visitors will have at their disposal all household items (3 TVs, 2 Cable TV points, NETFLIX, WIFI, Fan, Hanger) and cooking utensils (stove, pantry table, refrigerator, cups, plates, cutlery, trays, pans)

THE CONDOMINIUM

Family condominium with educated and friendly neighbors, has swimming pool, recreation area, event area and 2 parking spaces. On Mondays, the pool undergoes maintenance.

The event area must be previously hired. The guest should consult the value and availability, as well as the rules for renting the space.

The caretaker goes to collect the garbage from the house every day (except Sunday, collecting Monday at 9am) in the afternoon. The user's only task is to put the garbage bags in the bucket at the back of the house. Under no circumstances does the caretaker enter the residence to collect the garbage.

Cameras internal circuit for your safety. Electronic gates and doorman from 6 pm to 6 am.


LOCATION

Located near the beach (2km from Catussaba Beach) and Airport (5km),
Located on the main street of the neighborhood, has market, gym, pharmacy, restaurants, petshop, lounge, bars, everything you need, within a radius of approximately 250mts.

Highly recommended beach for surfing and kite surfing at low tide, excellent natural pools for swimming are formed. The reefs also allow fishing (note the closed season) and diving (not for beginners, and the tide quickly changes the region has many currents).

Near beautiful beaches such as Stella Maris, Flamengo Beach and near the Green Line, which leads to the north coast, leading to beautiful beaches such as Praia do Forte, Guarajuba, Imbassai, and Costa do Sauipe!

OTHER OBSERVATIONS

The electricity bill during the rental period will be the responsibility of the guests. Measurement will be made at check in and check out and payment at check out. A fee of $ 0.70 per KW is charged.

Water and gas bills are included in the daily rates.


Interaction with guests

We will receive hospices upon arrival, assisting with accommodation and tips from nearby places such as beach, restaurants, market, etc !!

There is possibility of hiring shuttle and sightseeing, to be arranged.
