Mudanças do acordo, cobranças de taxas surpresas e excesso de exigências.
Aluguei este imóvel no período do Carnaval de 2018, efetuando o pagamento integral da estadia em novembro de 2017. Antes de fechar a negociação, o proprietário mostrou-se muito receptivo e solícito. Contudo, na semana antecedente do Carnaval houveram diversas mudanças do que tínhamos acertado, impondo novas taxas e exigências, não cumprindo o acertado, como exemplo: não enviou o contrato de locação; aumentou valor da caução e exigiu ser em espécie; quis impor que a devolução da caução somente fosse devolvida 48h após a saída; retirou o aparelho de som, apesar constar como uma dos itens do imóvel; aumentou o valor da diarista do que tínhamos acertado; cobrou taxa de limpeza e taxa pelo uso dos produtos de limpeza; fez exigências, até mesmo, pelo nível da água da piscina; cobrou por conserto do microondas, em que pese ter havido uso comum, inclusive apenas utilizado apenas pela funcionária do próprio proprietário. No chek-out, depois de muita discussão para devolução da caução, contabilizou os valores a serem debitados, incluindo as taxas de limpeza e conserto do microondas, sendo ainda necessário aguardá-lo ir ao banco para retirar a quantia referente ao restante da caução. Enfim, decepção total por todo este degaste e por ter ficado desguarnecido do contrato de locação com a discriminação das taxas e exigências, e ainda por ter efetuado o pagamento integral da estadia e o depósito da caução previamente. A estrutura física do condomínio e da casa são bons, entretanto, diante dos problemas vivenciados, não recomendo a estadia.

Boa casa - 5 suítes, todas novas, espaçosas e com ar condicionado
Pontos positivos: A casa é ampla, nova, quartos e banheiros espaçosos e bem limpos. Condomínio tranquilo e com bastante área verde. Os proprietários são atenciosos. Pontos negativos: a praia interligada ao condomínio não tem barracas. Para quem tem criança pequena existem alguns pontos de insegurança na casa (risco de queda na lateral da área da piscina e na escada para o andar de cima, que ainda está sem proteção). O proprietário pareceu um pouco inseguro com a locação (a entrega da chave foi um pouco demorada e o calção foi pedido em dinheiro, o que particularmente me gerou desconforto). No mais, a estadia foi bem aproveitada. Recomendo!
