Great House 5 suites (1 on the ground floor), located in the Loteamento Pedra do Sal, in Itapuã, just 100m from the beach and 300m from Barraca do Lôro.

The house has a large outdoor area equipped with a swimming pool, games space and covered gourmet area with barbecue. All rooms are equipped with split-type air conditioning, living room with bar and fully equipped kitchen.

We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$1000.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

Suite 2 (superior): 1 queen bed, split air conditioning, fan, closet;

Suite 3 (superior): 1 double bed, split air conditioning;

Suite 4 (superior): 1 double bed, split air conditioning;

Suite 5 (superior): 2 single beds, 1 dresser, split air conditioning.

Itapuã has one of the most beautiful shores in Salvador, with the best restaurants and entertainment for the family.

The condominium offers a sports area, playground and 24 hour security.

The distance from the property to Salvador International Airport is only 12 km.

**IMPORTANT: Property is in a residential area. Parties and noise from 8pm to 8am are not allowed.
