Would stay again!

I had a good time here being my first time in Brazil. The property sits on the beach and is gate guarded. The room was fairly comfortable with a nice view and comfy patio furniture on the sea view room.

Staff was very attentive to when things close. Pay attention to closing times, and give the staff an hour prior if you want service. If the kitchen closes at 8pm, it means they go home at 8pm whether they clean uo or not. As a chef, I would be scared to see the kitchen in the morning

Friendly staff but didn’t talk English. Room needed some maintenance and paint. Bedsheets were stained and threadbare darted 2022 so old with a good clean and lick of paint it would be a lovely hotel the pool area was excellent.

Really needs renovation literally not just building but sheets and towels and better cleaning services in rooms and hall ways etc Pool could use a good cleaning because it has literally pieces of green fungus algae stuff floating around! Staff I can only say great things about them; kind attentive friendly but they need more efficient help there because they have to run dining room bar and pool bar and room service by themselves (2 people)

All the staff members were adorable and efficient, except for one older guy (night shift) who kept talking about politics and criticising the hotel, the area and the country at large. He was very negative and a terrible first impression, as we checked-in late and had to listen to his personal (unfairly) negative views about Brazil. I would recommend that he keep his personal politics outside work, especially as he doesn’t know what the guests’ politics are.

The property is located on the beautiful beach of Itapoan, the swimming pool is great, breakfast is ok, staff is fine, but the property is old, it seems that it never recovered from the pandemic. I arrived at the hotel at 9 pm and had to take a lukewarm shower, it had no hot water and the drain was clogged and water started to build up and run outside the shower, had to take shower in installments. Room furniture are old and bedding is simple, only sheets, no cover. It is not a resort. But depending on your mood can be a good stay.

My 4-night stay at this hotel was different. When I scheduled my stay I didn't know that the only leisure option the pool closes at 7pm. Beach was my first choice to stay at this hotel but unfortunately the beach is simply impossible to take a shower. Full of stones and farofeiros and not talking about the danger. I will share with you some photographs of the reality of this hotel. Honestly, for the daily rate, it's simply not worth it. Other guests were also super insecure and dissatisfied with the hotel!

The top three things i qould like to see the hotel change: 3. Improve the breakfast items. 2. Invest in better bed clothes. Maybe get some fitted sheets fo the beds. 1. Upgrade the rooms. Especially the televiisions. I used the television a lot . The sheer curtains should be changed also. The refrigerator was working, but should be defrosted and cleaned more. The hotel is perferfect for a romantic get away. With a few changes, this.place could be spectacular. The checkin staff was awsome. The kitchen staff was great. The wifi is good, but can use a little upgrade.For the price I feel i could get justba little better. This was my second time at this hotel. Im sure i will return.

A equipe é simplesmente maravilhosa! Dos recepcionistas ao pessoal da cozinha, do bar e do restaurante. Quarto com sacada bem espaçosa, cama confortável, roupa de cama ok. Banheiro bem espaçoso com chuveiro bom, também! Café da manhã simples, mas gostoso. O restaurante do hotel tem comidas boas. A pititinga estava no ponto! Os preços podiam ser mais em conta. O ponto forte no entanto é a piscina fantástica! E a menos de 10m está na praia de Itapuã próximo ao farol.Voltarei outros feriados!

Quarto Velho, móveis velhos e desgastados. Limpeza deixou a desejar, chegamos no quarto a cama estava cheia de areia. A cama super desconfortável. As cadeiras que tem no quarto com os estofado todo sujo e manchado. Café da manhã simples com pouquíssimas opções. Única parte boa do hotel é a área externa que é Bonita, piscina legal, pé na areia, a praia em frente legal para banho, tranquila. O quarto eu consigo dar nota 0. Não teve nada de agradável e confortável. Não ficaria novamente, jamais!
