O lugar é lindo, as pessoas que ajudam a tomar conta do condomínio são excelentes. A única coisa que ficou pendente, foi a falta de um ventilador de teto na sala, pois a mesma é muito quente. Se tivesse esse ventilador não teria passado tanto calor.

Tudo muito bem.

Eu gostei de tudo. Tem cozinha com tudo funcionando. São 3 quartos e 4 banheiros ( sendo 1 lavabo com sanitário). O local e silencioso, um ótimo local para dormir. O caseiro, pensa num cara gente boa!

O ap. é bom, dois bons quarto e um "mini quarto" no térreo. Precisa melhorar os utensílios da cozinha. O único problema foi um dos banheiros, do quarto de casal, minava água o tempo todo não sei de do vazo sanitário ou do banheiro, mal cheiro vinho do ralo e o chuveiro elétrico queimado nos obrigou a tomar banho com água fria. O resto foi tudo bem.
