Worst hotel I have been. The rooms are falling apart and the bed is so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep during my stay. They don’t provide the basics (no blanket, no hand towel, only one thin pillow). I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all.

Worst Hotel Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I wish I had something positive to say about this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was awful from start to finish. • Outdated and Poorly Maintained: The hotel is extremely outdated, and the rooms lack even the most basic necessities. • No Proper Bedding: There were no blankets, just a thin bedsheet that barely covered the mattress. • Minimal Towels: For two guests, we were given only one towel—no face towels, no extras. • Security Concerns: The door didn’t seem secure, and when I went to the front desk to complain, the staff was unbelievably rude and dismissive. • Faulty Amenities: The TV barely worked, there were exposed electrical cables, and the shower drain was clogged, causing water to back up every time we used it. This hotel was a complete disappointment. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to book elsewhere!

Bom Porém Precisa Melhorar

A estadia em geral foi boa, porém tem muitos pontos a melhorar. Os travesseiros eram péssimos, muito finos parecia mais que estava dormindo sem, as 4 noites foi horrível a dormida. O café da manhã é excelente porém poderiam manter o mesmo horário de começo no final de semana, visto que a maioria hóspedes tem passeios. Meu passeio era às 07:00 e fiquei sem o café por conta do horário do fim de semana, se mantivessem o mesmo horário das 06:30 aos finais de semana ajudaria os hóspedes. O horário da piscina também achei muito tarde, a partir das 10:00. No mais, atendimento dos funcionários e a limpeza nota 10.

Qualidade ruim do hotel pelo preço da diária.

Eu me hospedei para o carnaval de Salvador, somente uma diária, e por isso, o hotel estava com a lotação máxima. Não tinha lugar para tomar café da manhã de tanta gente. Os quartos são muito ruins, as cortinas não cobrem a claridade da janela, as toalhas em péssimas condições, além de pagar uma fortuna somente pela localização. Estadia em dias normais, jamais ficaria, tendo em vista que existem outras opções por igual preço e infinitamente melhores.

Custo benefício.

O hotel está localizado em uma ótima região, a beira mar, e pra quem gosta da vida noturna é uma ótima opção, pois fica próximo a Vila Caramuru e ao lado do largo de Sant'ana com vários barzinhos e música ao vivo. O hotel em se, precisa de algumas melhorias no aspecto geral do hotel. Tem um bom custo benefício .

Localização perfeita. O hotel apesar de antigo é confortável e aconchegante. Bom atendimento e cafe da manhã farto. Limpeza realizada diariamente, porém não trocam as toalhas a cada dois dias como prometem. Mas no geral, ótimo custo beneficio.
