Everything is neat and clean but missing a little softness. A little to minalmistc for my taste. No face wash cloths, a couple of chairs on our balcony with a table would be nice. Furniture is scarce in the room. Otherwise everything else was good.

I got a great room with sea view. Room and bathroom are big. The view was breathtaking. And balcony with veranda was large. Breakfast is great and included. Rio vermilo is close by with bars and clubs close by. Casa Teresa is a restaurant close by to eat Bahian food. Everything is walkable. Go see lighthouse. Rooms can be upgraded with new fixtures and furniture. Overall very good hotel. Gym needs improvement.

Very expensive and not as advertised

Must have been a nice hotel in the past. Outdated rooms, mouldy bed linen, at very high prices. One sugar satchel and one coffee cup in a room for a couple. Housekeeping come into your room when you're out, even when you put up the 'do not disturb' sign. A lot of the staff were very friendly and helpful but management need to address these errors.

I love the hotel was in a great location near to bars, restaurant, with security and walking distance if you wanted to walk. I did not like the cleanliness of the room. Found someone’s hair in the toilet, bath floor was dirty and looked stained. In addition we found our toilet was leaking all over the bathroom door. Bed linens felt cheap and very thin, fitted sheets kept falling off the corners every time I rolled over and found myself freezing because there were only one sheet to sleep with no blanket or comforter. For the price and how nice the hotel looked I expected a little more.

Housekeeping, skipped my Room 2 days in a row. Which was kind of a hassle? Put over all the hotels, okay? Okay, the gym, it's kinda terrible. And the room service wasn't that great. It is supposed to be 24 hours. So when I voted food at one a m I got no reply for a good hour, and I know they weren't busy Overall the stuff was very polite

Great pool and breakfast. The party at the ocean view does go late (3pm) but we slept through it. Location was fun. Paid parking at about $5 a day valet. Vent in bathroom smelled of sewer which was gross. Maybe the trap dried out again and again. Overall great though.

In the first day we arrived we went to the swimming pool and there was no towels Available. Someone from the staff said they were bringing but we waited for almost 1 h and they didn’t bring! We had to go all soak to the room! We complained to the receptionist who didn’t do anything! We had ordered drinks that we had to leave behind.

Amazing ocean views and great breakfast. We watched the sunrise from the pool deck. The beach is walking distance from the hotel. There are plenty of food options nearby.
