Foi um ótimo lugar para se hospedar, café da manhã muito gostoso, a localização fica uns 15min andando do centro o que pra nós não atrapalhou em nada pois a cidade é muito movimentada. Tivemos um contratempo com a chave, pois o rapaz da recepção disse que precisava ficar com a chave para trocar as toalhas, o que achamos estranho, pois todo hotel tem cópias, mas prontamente a Iolanda (que estava fora do país) resolveu a situação pra nós, ela é excelente! A agua do chuveiro é fria, mas é normal em toda a ilha e não atrapalha em nada, devido ao calor da cidade. A cama é muito boa e ar condicionado gela bem, a experiência foi muito agradável. Agradeço a equipe por nos receberem tão bem.

a hospedagem deixou muito a desejar

O wifi nao funcionava no quarto. Café da manhã muito simples e em pouquíssima quantidade (ao pedir para repetir algo se cobrava um valor). O box do banheiro empoçava de água e a torneira do banheiro saía pouca água. TV não funcionava e o ventilador de teto é velho e estava cheio de poeira.

PÉSIMO LUGAR. MALA EXPERIENCIA.

Realmente lamenté haber hecho esta reserva. Llegue al hotel y los menores no los reservaron. Quisieron cobrarme el doble por noche por que se quedaran, a pesar de que el cuarto que reservé fue el mismo que me dieron. No usamos las dos noches, solamente una y no daban opción a reembolsar nada. El cuarto estaba HORRIBLE, los muebles se baño se baja calidad, rotas, sucias. La puerta del baño no cerraba, las toallas y sábanas parecían radiografías, súper delgadas. No había cobertores, no había agua caliente. En verdad estuvo de susto. La persona que nos recibió fue muy amable, pero su hija tenía poco tacto y realmente nos llevamos una pésima experiencia. NO RECOMENDARÍA PARA NADA ESTE “HOTEL”. Realmente lo reclasificaría, tal vez como hostal podría pasar.

MUITO RUIM

Pra começar a avaliação, aquilo não pode ser considerado hotel, é uma casa grande ou um hostel. Não tem recepção 24h, eles te dão uma chave e já com um aviso que se perder pagará uma taxa de 50.000 COP. Internet ruim demais, não pegava dentro do quarto, chuveiro não tem água quente, café da manhã não tem opção, é sempre a mesma coisa, muito fraco. A piscina só cabem 2 pessoas. A vizinhança é barulhenta e a praia mais próxima não tem acesso ao banhista. Fica a 25 minutos á pé do centro. Não recomendo á ninguém. A dona vive de cara fechada e é ranzinza. Ainda bem só fiquei 1 dia e meio. Eu e minha esposa detestamos.
