The elevator was very small. The pool was very cold. It states there is an in room crib, not true, which was EXTREMELY inconvenient. There was a roach in the closet. There were only 2 washcloths in my room for 4 people and they couldn’t provide any when we asked for more. The staff was very nice.

Great location but otherwise fairly mid, I'm afraid. The hallways and common areas reeked of cleaning products (i would sneeze each time i left the room), there was in-room coffee but only French Vanilla flavor. The room was oddly laid out and the blackout curtains didn't fully darken the room so sleeping was tough. The restaurant looked good though and I do wish we'd had time to try it.

Great hotel!

The hotel is nice and clean. Our room didn't have any city view. The windows were covered with some window signage. But the room was very clean. It's 2 blocks from the Alamo and river walk.
