Welcome to our apartment in Playa del Inglés, located in a fantastic position just a short walk from the beach and the ocean promenade.
The apartment offers two comfortable double bedrooms, a functional bathroom with shower, and a bright living room with an open kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need – including an oven – to enjoy meals at home. There is also a small utility room with a free washing machine, ideal for longer stays.
The highlight of this property is the private terrace, perfect for relaxing, having breakfast in the morning sun or enjoying dinner outdoors. Guests also have access to the heated swimming pool, available all year round – a great spot to unwind after a day at the beach.
Right under the apartment, you will find a small Irish shopping center with restaurants, pubs and a supermarket, making your stay even more convenient.
Thanks to its central location, everything you need is within easy reach, making this apartment the perfect base for your holiday in Gran Canaria.
The heated swimming pool is shared with the other guests of the complex.
Bed linen and towels are changed every 10 days, free of charge.
Wi-Fi included.
Washing machine available at no extra cost.
The complex has a private car park, but spaces are not assigned. Usually parking is not a problem, although during events or busy dates there may not be space inside.
We always do our best to accommodate arrival and departure times, but the official check-in time is from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Schöne Wohnung
Schöne Wohnung. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt war alles vorhanden. Im Winter war es in der Wohnung etwas kühl, da die Sonne nur kurz hineinschien. Das WLAN funktionierte sehr gut, es gab jederzeit ausreichend heißes Wasser. Marco war immer erreichbar und hat alle auftretenden Probleme gelöst. Insgesamt war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt dort.
