Nice Holiday Home in Bahia Feliz that has 2 double bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people.

The accommodation consists of 70 m² well furnished and is very bright and has a nice balcony with a small table and chairs where you can contemplate the sea. The urbanization has a heated pool open all year.

Located on the beachfront, with beautiful views of the sea and the garden.

It is located just 5m from the sandy beach "Playa del Águila", 10m from the rock beach "Playa del Águila" and just 100 m from the bus station.

The nearest supermarket is 3 km from the supermarket "Supermercado Spar", As for restaurants we have 5km. the "Restaurante O´Canastro Gallego" and 6 km from the restaurant "West End Restaurant", Of leisure offer is located 9 km from the amusement park "Holidayworld Maspalomas" 13 km from the water park "Aqualand Maspalomas" and 14 km from Golf course "Maspalomas Golf". Beautiful location, interesting apartment but careful about payment

The location was beautiful… just steps from the sea. You could see a beautiful sunrise but you had to step out of the apartment. But the views were great in general. No sunset, though. The development had a lovely pool and the grounds were well maintained and clean. The apartment was old style but interesting and had two balconies with beautiful views. The dining area and living room could have used an update but it was functional. We were very close to Laspalomas dunes as well as the highway. The guy doing the check in, Pablo, was friendly. However, payment from North America was terrible and we wasted much time and energy trying to communicate and pay by various means. We finished by paying cash on arrival and that costs us extra fees from the bank. Maybe people from Europe would not have this problem. Overall, I’d recommend the apartment and its location, but NOT GetAway, the company that runs it.

Denne lejlighed er meget god. Den ligger et flot og roligt sted i et meget hyggeligt boligområde. Den har en fantastisk udsigt. Den er stor, rummelig og godt indrettet. Derfor er det meget ærgerligt, at ejeren og udlejningsagenturet Vrbo ikke har enten evner eller større engagement i at tilgodese deres kunder. Møblement og udstyr i køkkenet er ikke optimalt. Sengene knirker så voldsomt, at når man vender sig, så partneren bliver vækket. Billederne af bl.a. de mange vinglas i køkkenskabet er misvisende. Der var to forskellige glas! Siddepladserne i stuen er ikke komfortable. To dage efter ankomst (vi var der i 14 dage) meldte vi til Vrbo, at der manglede en parasol (der var en fastmonteret parasol i 2022), og at der var myrer. Vi bad også om nogle hynder på den ene altan, og at der var myrer. Vi bad om hjælp flere gange på SMS, mail og telefonisk. Vi modtog svar om at det skulle blive ordnet. Vrbo leverede sent parasol og hynder som var uanvendelige. Dagen før vi rejste hjem kom der midler mod myrer, og to lamper, der ikke kunne lyse, blev repareret. Vi meldte også andre mangler, men vi fik ikke svar. Vi har derfor fra start oplevet at vi blev direkte ignoreret af Vrbo. Det har været årsag til daglig irritation og frustration. Det kan ikke være rigtigt, at gæster, der betaler en høj pris for at bo i denne fine lejlighed, bliver ignoreret. Vi fik endda et uartigt svar om at levering af parasol og hynder var en særlig gestus, som ellers ikke skulle forefindes i lejligheden.

Bel appartement avec vue mer

Un séjour très agréable, globalement. La résidence jouit d'une situation exceptionnelle.L' appartement est bien équipé, mis à part la vaisselle : 4 couteaux et 4 fourchettes pour un 3 pièces... Un plan de situation est souhaitable
