Location is amazing for Yumbo and the pool area is great. The rooms just need some TLC. No AC is a real challenge at this hotel and given the temperatures. Housekeeping wasn’t that great but cleaned well when available. The young chap who works on reception isn’t exactly the most friendliness Spanish receptionist I have met. For convenience, this was a great hotel but I’m not sure I would stay again given the rooms and the friendliness of the staff.

Great pool and location

Pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel is. Great location, but don’t expect peace and quiet, it is very close to Yumbo, so very buzzy! Rooms and facilities really good and the pool is lovely. Shame it is closing for a year for refurb

Le personnel a été très agréable, toujours un bonjour et un sourire, les chambres sont très propres les femmes de ménage font du bon travail, l’hôtel est bien situé, un petit coup de jeune est prévu et ça ne ferait pas de mal, les chaises et canapé ne sont pas confortable mais la literie est confortable. Prévoir une isolation phonique et luminaire pour les chambres donnant sur le yumbo. J’espère aussi que les travaux ajouteront une Clim car c’est le gros point noir. Sinon le snack de la piscine est top et le maître nageur très gentil.

My first time staying here but highly recommend! Building was spotless, being clean, kitchen has all the equipment for basic cooking. One slight improvement would be the towels need replacing. Staff were super friendly. Location is perfect.

The apartments are dated, the beds are not comfortable, the sofa is like a rock. It’s very expensive for what you get. There is a horrible view from some of the apartments. I would not recommend it to anyone.
