On the ground floor, the welcoming living room is furnished in a modern and cosy style and opens directly onto a terrace, perfect for enjoying outdoor moments. The fully equipped open kitchen includes an oven, a dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and is complemented by a dining table ideal for shared meals. A separate WC is also located on this level. The first ground-floor bedroom features 1 french bed, a shower and WC, and its own air conditioning unit.

On the upper floor, the second bedroom is appointed with 1 french bed and benefits from a shower, bidet, and WC, as well as air conditioning and direct access to a private balcony. The third bedroom accommodates 2 beds and includes a shower and WC along with air conditioning. The upper floor also provides access to a terrace furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs, from which guests can enjoy sweeping views of both the sea and the mountains.
