This beautiful bungalow is situated in a spacious complex. It is situated on the mainroad to Maspalomas and it has its own entrance, with free parking in front of the bungalow. It has been completely renovated in 2020 and possesses of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen with 4 hotplates, oven, microwave, large fridge etc ... The terrace is covered and in the large garden with hammocks there is enough room to enjoy the sun. Through the backdoor of the garden you can reach the shared pool. You will have a lovely holiday here!

Großartiger Bungalow und großartiger Vermieter

Der Bungalow ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ausmacht. Die Straße vor der Tür ist nur am Tag etwas befahren, nachts aber sehr ruhig. Auch wer nach licht- oder geräuschempfindlich ist, ist hier gut aufgehoben, denn die schalldichten Fenster lassen sich komplett verdunkeln. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und man merkt die Liebe zum Detail. Alles ist modern und auf dem neuesten Stand. Die Vermieterin war gut erreichbar und hat sich um alles bestens gekümmert. Der Bungalow befindet sich in einer Anlage mit eigenem Pool, der in wenigen Schritten erreichbar ist und über Duschen und eine Liegewiese verfügt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt, befindet sich direkt neben an. Zum Yumbo-Komplex sind es nur wenige Gehminuten, zum Strand ca. 20 min zu Fuß. Die Bushaltestelle ist keine 20 Meter entfernt. Fazit: empfehlenswert
