Private: property (fenced), swimming pool (7 x 3 m, depth 170 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower. In the house: air conditioning. Public parking on the road. Shop, grocery, supermarket, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Plaza de Agaete" 650 m, sandy beach 300 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
