Modern and beautiful apartment in the center of Playa del Inglés (Maspalomas). The apartment has a king size bed (180x200), a salon with a comfortable sofa (140x200), a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Only 3 min. walk from Yumbo (center) and 10 min. from the beautiful, sandy beach. There is a flat TV and free WIFI included. In the complex the pool with heated water. The apartment just renovated in wonderful modern shape.

Very nice

We were very pleased with everything, and the apartment had it all, except an oven, but we manage without. But bathtowels, pooltowels
.and so on. A cool thing we understod, was that the famous Swedish movie called ”SĂ€llskapsresan ” was filmed at this hotel.

An in-depth review but really deserves it.

Upon arrival I was greeted with a welcoming bottle of Cava and much needed bottles of water which was a lovely way to begin my holiday. Finding the apartment and checking in was a breeze as Marcin had sent me detailed instructions along with photos a couple of days before I left the UK. The location was ideal. 5 mins walk to the Yumbo centre yet peacefully quiet at night. The apartment felt really safe and secure and had a safety box. It had absolutely everything you could possibly need and when I say everything, I really mean it. All the various cables you might need for charging. The wifi was great, even down by the pool if you stay relatively close to the apt. The coffee machine was a dream. I don’t go anywhere without my Lavazza and stove top but I didn’t need it. The bathroom was ‘snug’ (I am 6’) but this was due to a comfortably sized walk in shower with good water pressure as well as a washing machine so the pro’s easily outweighed this minor inconvenience. A good sized bedroom with plenty of storage, linen, coat hangers etc with an equally good sized bed and comfortable mattress. The only setback was the a/c unit is in the lounge but Marcin told me he has plans to put a/c in the bedroom which would be great. I asked for a late check out which wasn’t a problem. Marcin always responded quickly to any questions so really good communication. Overall this was a fantastic apartment and the owner was equally as good so without a doubt I would come back. Thanks Marcin. 😎

Cosy apartment

Great property with all mod cons you can think of. Property as described. Lots of lovely extras, beach towels, bottle of welcome fizz. Nice pool area with plenty of beds cold but refreshing. Good communication with owner throughout. Great spot next to yumbo centre. Would stay again.

Sehr schöner Singleurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist fĂŒr zwei Personen hervorragend geeignet. Die Lage hat mir gut gefallen und die Ausstattung war toll - es war wirklich alles da, was ich benötigt habe. Man merkt, dass Marcin einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich machen möchte.

Non possiamo che consigliare questo appartamento e tutti gli appartamenti di Marcin! Dotati di ogni comfort e persino delle sorpresine all’arrivo! ;-) Gentilissimi sia lui che Angelika! Ci siamo stati due settimane a Natale!! Nei dintorni ci sono molti locali, supermercati ed ù sull’Avenida principale. Per andare in spiaggia bisogna fare due passi ù vero...comunque consiglio davvero!!!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt super gefallen. Es ist ein kleines gemĂŒtliches Apartment mit Balkon. Es gibt eine kleine Kochecke, sodass man sich wunderbar selber verpflegen kann. Sehr sauber und modern. FĂŒr 2 Personenwunderbar weiter zu empfehlen. Haben uns dort sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Superb apartment in a great location

We loved our stay here, the apartment is modern, clean, everything you need and more! The WiFi is excellent and the Apple TV was a great touch as we could sync our iPad and watch Netflix as most of the channels were in German. The apartment overlooks the pool from the first floor and gets the sun right up until about 2pm which was lovely first thing in the morning and a nice respite from the sun in the evening. Although the apartment is literally in the middle of everything you would never know as it’s soooo quiet allowing you a decent nights sleep. The Yumbo centre is literally around the corner, there is a great British pub across the road too, the Red Cow where everyone is sooo helpful. The centre of Playa is only a 5 min walk and so is the beach. The location was first class!!! Marcin and Angelika met us on day one and were both a pleasure to deal with. They got us in earlier than expected and could not do enough for us, nice welcome pack left too. We will definitely be returning, a great little find, thanks guys 😎, Leigh
