****NEW Villa Arum - with private pool

The house itself has 2 spacious double bedrooms, via the spiral staircase you can access a third double bedroom, with lowered ceiling. The spacious first bathroom has a walk-in shower. In a corner of the spacious living room is the modern kitchen, which is fully equipped. Next to the kitchen there is a 4th bedroom with bunk beds and a smaller bathroom with washing machine. All rooms are air-conditioned.

On the lovely large terrace, there are sunbeds, parasols, a lounge area, a long dining table and chairs, of course there is no lack of a place for a disposable barbecue. You can take a swim or relax on the roman steps by the private pool.

An ideal holiday home for up to 6 adults and 2 children.

Mooi, groot huis! Ideaal doordat er twee badkamers zijn. Heel veel keukengerei, keuken voorzieningen en andere handige dingen zoals strijkplank, föhn en zwembad spullen. En fijn; overal airco’s! Huis is netjes (niet brandschoon maar wel ruim voldoende) en op loopafstand van de uitgaansgebieden en horeca. Ilse was ook altijd bereikbaar voor vragen, heel fijn.

Sehr nette Vermieterin, die immer hilfsbereit war. Leider aber Kakalaken im Bad.

Eigentlich ganz o.k., Mässig sauber, ein Strumpf und ein Badeanzug lagen noch unter dem Badschrank als Zeichen dass die Reinigung nicht ganz so gründlich war. Leider kamen aus den Gullis beider Bäder 2 über 1 cm gosse Kakaleken hervor. Vermieterin war stets errrichbar und hat uns schnell ein Spray für die Kakalkenbekämpfung zur Verfügung gestellt, die nach der Sprayanwendung nicht mehr gesichtet wurden. Nochmals vielen Dank für die Hilfsbereitschaft der Veirmieterin
