Welcome to your private retreat in the exclusive Salobre Golf Resort — a premium, single-storey home perfect for families, couples, or travelers seeking comfort, tranquility, and a luxurious setting. Fully equipped, with a spacious garden, a private heatable pool, and open views of the golf course and the mountains. Just an 8–10 minute drive from Maspalomas and Meloneras.



The villa features three double bedrooms and accommodates up to six guests. The master bedroom includes a double bed, walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms each have two single beds and direct access to the garden and pool through large sliding doors. A second full bathroom with shower is available to share. If you’re traveling with babies, we can provide a cot and high chair free of charge upon request.



Recently renovated on the outside, the villa combines high-quality materials, bright interiors and a large garden with a private heatable pool — 8x4 meters, with saltwater system — perfect for enjoying Gran Canaria’s warm climate all year round. Pool heating is available for an extra fee of €50 per day (max. 26°C). If you wish to add this service, we can activate it before your arrival so it’s ready when you check in.



Inside, you’ll find a cozy living room framed in natural stone with direct access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry area with washer and dryer.



The entire home features air conditioning, unlimited WiFi and a Smart TV.

Outdoors, you can relax on the semi-covered terrace, the Balinese bed or the six sun loungers, and enjoy the landscaped garden with built-in barbecue — perfect for dining by the pool.



Set in a peaceful environment, the villa is just an eight-minute drive from the beaches of Maspalomas and Meloneras.



Within the resort, you’ll enjoy 24-hour private security, a supermarket, children’s playground and a grill restaurant, as well as a nearby hotel offering discounted access to some of its facilities. It’s an ideal area for families, golfers and travelers seeking tranquility without being far from the main attractions in the south of Gran Canaria.



Your stay includes key handover before 6:00 p.m. and a weekly full cleaning with linen and towel change for stays longer than seven nights.



Late check-in is available upon request, and one pet is allowed with a €100 supplement.



As the villa is located in a residential area, parties are not permitted, and smoking is not allowed indoors.



Overoccupancy beyond the booked capacity is not permitted.
