Our Sunny Villa Maspalomas - new, modern, completely rebuilt and refurbished self catering and air-conditioned house. Counts on 3 spacious bedrooms, master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and big dressing room. Fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, private garage, but the best thing is huge south facing terrace with a heatable salty water pool and sun shining during the whole day. Jacuzzi at the roof terrace is just a plus. Sea view and sand dunes view from the roof terrace. Walking distance to the shopping centre el Tablero. The shop Aldi is literally round the Cornes. few minutes drive to Maspalomas sand dunes o Meloneras. If you decide to walk about 20min walk to the beach. The house is ideal for family stays, group of friends of people seeking relax. Definitely not suitable for partying as situated in a quiet residential area.
