The staff was beyond accommodating! I had a weird travel schedule and they were more than happy to help in any way they could. The room was basic but comfortable and clean. I knocked a star off cleanliness because the bathroom sink drain needs to be unclogged (Room 110) -- slow draining. It was surprisingly quiet given its location because it is tucked down its own little alleyway, which gives the room a nice level of privacy. Parking was also surprisingly easy given its location. The location is great, right next to the PB boardwalk and beach. There is some brief ambient noise from (probably intoxicated) people out in the adjacent street late at night, but it is fairly muted in the room. This is just part of the PB night scene. The front desk is a block away at a sister hotel, but the staff was friendly and helpful.
