I stayed at this hotel 6 nights while I was attending a conference and 1) my room was not cleaned at all one day, 2) cleaned poorly on a second day, and 3) cleaned only after I came down to request the service on a third day. I literally had to come down 3 times to alert staff of cleaning issues. According to the manager, Ashley, this was an issue “request, specifically concerning the linen change.” I requested the refund and am still waiting. And, as stated in my email, am not referring to the amenities fees, which are absurd as they are forcing guests to eat inside the hotel and drink “unlimited” coffee/tea. Understand that people who travel for business may be the whole day outside. I paid 32 dollars for 2 bootlegs of water, unbelievable.

The hotel as a whole was fantastic! We loved and enjoyed the atmosphere, it was high-quality, luxurious. The property inside and out was well-kept and clean. The rooms were spacious and cozy. The staff were friendly and very helpful when requesting service.
