The basement features a spa with a 6x3 hydromassage pool, a Turkish bath with shower, a well-equipped gym with a full bathroom, a garage, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The ground floor features a spectacular dining room for 10, a double living area all with large windows overlooking the porch and , as well as a guest bathroom. The floors throughout this entire area are a rich, pale yellow onyx. The first floor features three double bedrooms with terraces and two bathrooms. The attic floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a TV area, and a study. Outside, there's a covered porch with a comfortable dining area for 10, with a barbecue and a relaxation area with sofas and chaises. A stunning 15x6 pool is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. The approximately 2,000 square meter garden, mostly flat, is well-kept and very enjoyable, ideal for relaxing and playing outdoors. The entire villa is air-conditioned. - Bedrooms: Sleeps 10 in 5 bedrooms. On the first floor, there are three well-furnished, spacious, and bright double bedrooms, all with access to the terrace and a splendid view of the lake. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The attic floor features two spacious and elegant bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two joinable single beds.
- Bathrooms: There are four full bathrooms and one half as well as an additional shower in the spa room. All bathrooms feature spacious showers and are finished with high-quality materials. There is a bathroom next to the gym in the basement with a shower, and a half bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor, there is a bathroom with a large marble whirlpool tub and integrated shower for the master bedroom, and a second bathroom with a large shower for the two adjacent double bedrooms. The attic floor also features a full bathroom with a shower.
- Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with all major and minor appliances, including Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, oversized oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker/freezer and water dispenser, stovetop, toaster, dishes, cookware, and utensils for every need.
