The pool and yard are shared only between the two units—so when you rent both, you’ll have full, private use of all outdoor amenities. There is space for two cars on the street right in front of the house. There is ample parking around the area for additional cars.

Each BR Studio is completely independent and as private as you want it to be - or as open by just sliding back the windows and door to the outside. 1 Queen and 1 Single bed in each unit.



Other Things to Note:

There is no fence or gate to secure the pool - it is open to the backyard. Safety first when monitoring children and pets please.
