This property with its small swimming pool (above ground), is the result of a careful renovation of an old barn from the early 1900s which still maintains its main characteristics and the typical brick holes,but at the same time,it offers comfortable furnishings that are perfectly integrated with the environment.
The historic city of towers, San Gimignano, is only 4 kilometers away and the best known historic cities of Tuscany such as Volterra, Florence, Siena are within easy reach.
The access road is unpaved but suitable for any type of vehicle.
The house is independent and for the exclusive use of guests together with the beautiful garden, the swimming pool (6.5m x 3.5m - depth 1.2m), a small pergola with barbecue and a delightful gazebo ideal for outdoor lunches and breakfasts.
180 square meters on two floors:
ground floor: living room (satellite TV) with fireplace, single sofa bed and dining area, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher), WC, laundry room (washing machine).
First floor: double bedroom (on request the double bed can be divided into 2 single beds), double bedroom with private bathroom with Jacuzzi,
living room / study, bathroom with shower.
The bedrooms and the study on the first floor are equipped with air conditioning.

Lovely accomodation in a great location
The house is located in a picturesque tranquil location only a few kilometres from San Germignano with easy access to, all of the tourist attractions of Tuscany. The house is well appointed, spacious and a really nice place to stay. The owner was delightful and could not have been more helpful. Thoroughly recommended.
