The completely renovated property occupies a panoramic position within an estate of olive groves and vineyards, boasting an entrancing view of the famous towers of San Gimignano 4 km away. The characteristic architecture enables guests to experience a specifically Tuscan atmosphere. Within the estate there is a nice garden with meadows, ancient trees, terraces and comfortable outdoor areas. The swimming-pool is in a sunny panoramic position. The farmer lives in an independent house with its own outdoor area. The skilful renovation of the premises has fully preserved the typical rustic Tuscan style, with terracotta floors and open-beamed ceilings. The furnishing is rustic and comfortable completed by several antique pieces. Internet adsl free Wi-Fi. Mosquito net. Private: garden, swimming pool (6 x 12 m). Terrace with barbecue, garden furniture. In the house: TV-sat, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher,microwave, fireplace, hair dryer, ice maker. Parking. Nous sommes un groupe d'amis qui aimons découvrir différentes régions à vélo. Avec ses nombreuses chambres SDB privées, la villas d'Alessandro était parfaite pour notre groupe. Grande, accueillante et trÚs bien localisation à quelques km de San Gimignano. Merci à notre hÎte pour son accueil et sa disponibilité à répondre à nos différentes questions durant notre séjour.

SĂ©jour fantastique dans la campagne toscane

On ne peut que passer un merveilleux sĂ©jour dans cette superbe maison ! TrĂšs bon accueil d'Alessandro, trĂšs gentil et trĂšs efficace, habitant Ă  cĂŽtĂ© mais trĂšs discret. La maison est trĂšs grande, une salle de bain par chambre, un luxe....Tout Ă©tait trĂšs propre, et impeccable. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut , il pourrait juste peut-ĂȘtre y avoir un peu plus d'ustensiles dans la cuisine. Maison fraĂźche, clim jamais utilisĂ©e. Les extĂ©rieurs sont supers, grande table bien abritĂ©e attenant au barbecue. Et, le meilleur pour la fin, la superbe piscine !! Grande, Ă  dĂ©bordement, avec une vue sur San Gimigniano et sur la campagne toscane, magique !! En plus, 12 transats super confortables. Maison trĂšs bien placĂ©e Ă  10 mn de San Gimignano, ville que nous avons tous adorĂ©e, que ce soit l'aprĂšs-midi ou le soir, trĂšs jolie, pas trop de monde et super atmosphĂšre, ! Villa bien placĂ©e pour explorer la rĂ©gion : nous avons fait facilement Florence et Volterra,, ainsi que Pise (mais un peu plus long, 1h15). C'est aussi prĂšs du sentier d'Elsa, une ballade prĂšs d'une riviĂšre avec mini cascades trĂšs agrĂ©able pour se baigner (mĂȘme si trĂšs frĂ©quentĂ©e par los locaux..). Bref un sĂ©jour fantastique !

Unforgettable !

Our stay at Alessandro's house was magical. The pool and the view on the vineyards will stay in our memories forerever ! The house and the pool are looking better in real life than in photos, and the fact that every room has its own bathroom is a game changer (especially with kids)! Alessandro was very responsive and helpful with any need or question we had, and although he lives next door, our privacy and freedom has been guaranteed. He provided us a baby bed and a baby bathroom, which was very nice. Alessandro's aunt made us dinner on two nights, and it was the perfect way to enjoy sunsets without contrainsts. The only things I would recommend for improving the place is to buy some bits for the kitchen (like more cuttlery, cutting boards, a dish drainer) and a vacuum for the house. We definitely would come again if we came to Tuscany !

We absolutely loved this amazing villa. There were 9 of us staying there. 6 adults and 3 children with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The property was beautiful with stunning views. The outdoor area was great with a nice swimming pool, ping pong, and foosball a hit with the kids. Our host Alessandro was very gracious and helpful in all ways. The nearby town of San Gimignano was a gem. The villa was very clean and had everything we could want. I would not hesitate to return here for another wonderful stay.

This is a beautiful property in a lovely part of the world. Our family enjoyed the property’s spaciousness, beautiful grounds, and location. The kitchen and bathrooms are well-appointed and the dining room/indoor patio had a comforting wood pellet stove that made the room cozy as our family hangout. And we watched Christmas decorations installed in the charming town of San Gimignano.

Five girlfriends 60 and the house was absolutely perfect! We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, spacious accommodations, very clean and the views were spectacular. Alessandro, our host, lives on the property and was available to us whenever we had questions about anything but was never intrusive - completely respectful of our privacy. We also used Bellini Bruno Executive Services for transportation and tours & they were THE BEST! Overall, an amazing vacation!

In a word - Perfection. Everything about our stay was outstanding. Alessandro was there anytime we had a question, both before we arrived and during our stay. The views are more stunning than the photographs. The villa itself was everything that we needed and exactly as advertised. The kitchen was equipped and allowed us to make a wonderful dinner, using local ingredients from the Thursday market in addition to being able to prepare our breakfasts each morning. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. While we got into the pool only once due to some busy days and cool weather, it was absolutely lovely. If you are thinking about booking, don't delay. We will certainly return one day!

The pool was cool (unheated) but it was warm enough for all but one of our group to swim. The rooms were all very clean. Alessandro was helpful and charming. We appreciated the olive oil shampoo, etc products left for us. The kitchen was rustic but had what we needed. We loved the large family dining room in the annex. We really appreciated the nice wine glasses. We loved the proximity to SAN Gimignano and Poggibonsi for stocking the kitchen.

It was - again - a wonderful stay in Lazzarone!The house is exactly as you can see on the pictures: well equipped, clean, spacious... Kurz zusammengefasst: wunderschön! Wir waren 8 Familienmitglieder, 27 bis 87 Jahre alt. Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zu Details, antike Möbel, herrliche Betten, schöne BĂ€der und eine sehr gut ausgestattete KĂŒche, in der das gemeinsame Kochen richtig Spaß gemacht hat. Die technischen GerĂ€te (riesiger KĂŒhlschrank, Induktionsherd etc.) alle topmodern, sogar eine EiswĂŒrfelmaschine war da! Die Lage mit Blick auf San Gimingnano mitten in Weinbergen und OlivenbĂ€umen war perfekt, man hatte das GefĂŒhl, allein an diesem Ort zu sein. GewĂŒrze, Öl, Toilettenpapier, GeschirrhandtĂŒcher, Waschmaschinenpads, GeschirrspĂŒlmaschinenpads - alles da! Die HandtĂŒcher waren wunderbar flauschig und haben so gut gerochen, die PoolhandtĂŒcher waren richtig groß. Am tĂ€glich frisch gereinigten Pool hatten wir sehr viel Spaß, ebenso an der Tischtennisplatte. Im WEBER-Grill haben wir uns mehrmals Köstlichkeiten zubereitet und bis tief in die Nacht Karten gespielt. Wenn es geht (man weiß ja nicht, was passiert), dann kommen wir wieder!

Family Trip to San Gimignano - July 2025

All around a great experience. Alessandro was a terrific host, great communication, very responsive, and helpful with recommendations in the area. The house was perfect for our family (6 adults, 2 kids) and had all the amenities to make it feel like home away from home. The pool - which has spectacular views - was the perfect place to relax after walking around the cities and wineries nearby. We loved San Gimignano but also took day trips to Florence, Sienna & even drove out to the beach one day. Overall, it was an amazing vacation for us, and I would recommend this villa if you're looking to stay at a beautiful home in the heart of Tuscany. Thank you, Alessandro!

Fuldkommen fantastisk familieferie! Alt ligefra booking, kommunikation med udlejer, omrÄdet, hus, pool og udenoms arealer er 10 ud af 10! Udlejer yderst venlig og hjÊlpsom. LÊkkert og charmerende hus med effektiv aircondition i alle sovevÊrelser. Stort hus og mange smÄ hyggelige kroge pÄ grunden, sÄ alles behov for sol/skygge eller ro/selskab blev opfyldt til fulde. Vi var 7 voksne og 2 teenagere med forskellige holdninger til, hvordan den perfekte ferie skal vÊre, og alle 9 har haft den skÞnneste uge. Udsigt til San Gimignano og vinmarker gÞr oplevelsen af at bo midt i smukke Toscana fuldendt.

Great villa in a lovely location. We (8 adults and 2 children) really enjoyed our trip. It had everything we needed and a beautiful view from the pool! Thank you to Allesandro for helping us book things in the local area too.

Could not have been any better

The property was beautiful, surrounded by vineyards, with a gorgeous pool. The house was well stocked and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of 10. We enjoyed the proximity to Siena, Florence, and San Gimignano. Alessandro was a great host. He even bought a huge blow up flamingo for the kids to use in the pool. And he gave us good advice about restaurants and where to get a custom birthday cake for our granddaughters. In all, the house was a wonderful oasis for our family. We highly recommend.

Gorgeous Stay in the Italian Countryside

We absolutely loved staying at Alessandro's near San Gimignano. Alessandro was very friendly and helpful, and the house was a dream. FYI you are required to pay a cleaning fee upon check-out.

This property is AMAZING! Your senses will be engulfed by the blooming wisteria, lemon trees, sage, rosemary and olive trees on this huge property. Views of San Gimignano in the distant and the infinity pool overlooking the Tuscan hillside simply cannot be captured on photos. Our host, Alessandro, is so genuinely kind and attentive. He lives on the property but was so respectful of our privacy. If you can, have him arrange for the wine tasting and chef’s dinner on the property
 a highlight of our trip. Beds are very comfortable, with bathrooms in each room and air conditioning throughout. Plenty of room for our family of 7 adults. San Gimignano is a 10 minute drive; helpful to have a car or arrange for a driver. We feel so lucky to have found this villa. My dream of seeing “Under the Tuscan Sun” in real life, came true here.Thank you, Alessandro!
